HOW TO ADD A NEW PRODUCT TO YOUR ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION?

Introduction

In this article, you’ll learn how to manage your subscription—that is, automatic deliveries of our products without placing manual orders. Remember: you can add new products to your subscription at any time, helping you save on delivery costs and shop more conveniently (and sustainably).

How to add a new product to your active subscription

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to the product page you want to add.

  3. Tick “Subscribe & Save” and choose the same delivery frequency as your current subscription.

  4. Tick “Add product to existing subscription?” and click “Add to subscription” next to your current plan.

That’s it—your product has been added. To confirm, log in and open “My Subscriptions” to see the added items and your next payment date.

How to remove products from your subscription

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to “My Subscriptions” and click the “X” next to the product you want to remove.

The product will be removed. To double-check, open “My Subscriptions” and confirm it no longer appears.

Subscription FAQs

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes—any time before the next payment date. You’ll find this date in “My Subscriptions”.

How do I change my payment method?
Go to “Payment Methods” in your account to update the card used for charges.

Can I change my subscription delivery frequency?
Yes. Please email us and we’ll adjust the settings to suit your need.
