How long does shipping take? +
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are usually prepared, packed, and dispatched the same working day from our UK fulfilment partner. During peak periods, shipping may take place on the following business day.
Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the courier service selected and the delivery location.
The available shipping options are as follows:
- Express 10:30: Next day delivery before 10:30
- Priority 14:00: Next day delivery before 14:00
- Standard 19:00: Next day delivery
- Economy: Delivery in 2–3 business days (the most economical option)

Am I entitled to a refund? +
Yes. You have the right to return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. To exercise this right, please email info@expertianaturals.co.uk and return the product(s) with a note stating "Return for Expertia Naturals" to the return address provided with your order.
The refund will be issued within 5 business days after the returned package has been received.
Products must be returned in their original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
Where do you ship? +
We ship across the United Kingdom and Ireland, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
Are Expertia Naturals products suitable for vegans? +
Almost all of our products are suitable for vegans. Please refer to each individual product description for confirmation.
What does it mean that our supplements have "pure ingredients"? +
This means our supplements are formulated without colourings, preservatives, GMOs, soy, or lactose, and contain only essential ingredients.
In addition, all products are laboratory tested to ensure they do not contain harmful contaminants.
What tests do they perform on the products? +
Each batch is analysed in detail. Ingredients are verified by two independent laboratories, and every batch is tested before sale to confirm microbiological cleanliness and the absence of heavy metals.

Where do they test their supplements? +
All of our products undergo testing in independent accredited laboratories to verify quality, purity, and safety. Testing is carried out by internationally recognised laboratories, including J.S. Hamilton, GBA Group, Ekolabos, and laboratories operating under academic supervision to ensure rigorous analytical standards.
What dosage of active ingredients do they use? +
We use high-strength doses to reduce the number of capsules required, normally within the maximum levels permitted by law.
Are your supplements suitable for children? +
Our supplements are intended for adults. Please consult a healthcare professional before giving supplements to children.
Why are vitamin D supplements labelled as being for people over 75? +
In the UK, older adults are more likely to require vitamin D supplementation; however, people aged over 75 should consult a GP, pharmacist, or healthcare professional before taking high-strength vitamin D.
This is particularly important for individuals with medical conditions affecting the kidneys, calcium levels, or those taking prescribed medication. Excessive intake of vitamin D can lead to elevated calcium levels, which may cause health complications. Supplementation should always be tailored to individual needs.
