How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are usually prepared and shipped the same day. During peak periods, shipping may occur the following business day.
Standard delivery time in the UK is 1-3 business days, depending on the courier service chosen and the destination location.
The available shipping options are as follows:
- Express 10:30: Next day delivery before 10:30.
- Priority 14:00: Next day delivery before 14:00.
- Standard 19:00: Next day delivery.
- Economy: Delivery in 2-3 business days (the most economical option).

Am I entitled to a refund?
Yes. You have the right to return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. To exercise this right, please send a message to info@expertianaturals.co.uk and return the product(s) with a note indicating "return for Expertia Naturals" to:
(Return address available on your order).
The refund will be made within 5 business days after receiving the package.
Products must be returned in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, returns of sealed products will not be accepted if the seal has been broken.
Do you ship supplements internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to most countries in the European Union and some outside of Europe. The list of countries is available at checkout. If your country is not listed, please email us and we will find a solution.
Are Expertia Naturals products suitable for vegans?
Almost all of our products are suitable for vegans. Please see each product description for details.
What does it mean that our supplements have “pure ingredients”?
This means our products are free of colourings, preservatives, GMOs, soy, and lactose. They contain only the essentials.
In addition, we conduct tests to ensure that they do not contain harmful contaminants.
What tests do they perform on the products?
Each batch is analysed in detail. The ingredients are checked in two independent laboratories, and each batch is tested before sale to ensure microbiological cleanliness and the absence of heavy metals.

Where do they test their supplements?
We conduct testing in accredited laboratories, including J.S. HAMILTON, GBA POLSKA, Ekolabos, and units supervised by the University of Zielona Góra.
Are the products manufactured in the European Union?
Yes. All our supplements are produced in the European Union under strict HACCP, GMP and GHP standards.
What dosage of active ingredients do they use?
We use high doses to reduce the number of capsules needed. We normally use the maximum doses allowed by law.
Are your supplements suitable for children?
Our supplements are designed for adults. Consult a doctor before giving them to children.
Why are vitamin D supplements labeled as being for people over 75?
For people over 75, always consult a specialist before taking high-dose vitamin D supplements. Excessive intake can cause hypercalcemia, heart rhythm disturbances, and kidney damage, and supplementation should be tailored to individual needs.
Can I edit my subscription?
Yes. You can add or remove products, change the frequency or renewal date. Send us an email and we'll take care of it.
