Products
Expertia Naturals sells vitamin food supplements and natural products imported from Poland. Products are manufactured and labelled in line with applicable food-supplement and labelling rules in the markets where they are sold.

Prices
Prices are shown in Pound Sterling (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges (if any) are shown before you confirm your order.

Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days (indicative only).

  • Shipped via courier.

Payment methods
Credit/debit card, Stripe, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna (availability may vary).

Right to cancel (cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery without giving a reason, in line with applicable consumer law. For hygiene/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or tampered with, unless faulty.

Returns & refunds
To cancel, contact us within the cooling-off period. You must return items in their original condition within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling. We’ll refund the product price (and the standard delivery cost, where applicable) once we receive the goods or proof of return.

Faulty or non-conforming goods
Your statutory rights apply. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will provide the appropriate remedy (repair/replacement/refund) as required by law.
